Donut: Rice flour, water, milk, Nuttelex [Vegetable oil, water, salt, emulsifiers (471, sunflower lecithin), natural flavour, vitamins A, D, E, natural colour (beta carotene)], glutinous rice flour, sugar, eggs, yeast, organic psyllium husk, olive oil, iodized sea salt.

Filling: Milk, Egg Yolk, Sugar, Rice Flour, Butter, Vanilla Essence, Vanilla Bean Paste, Sea Salt.

Ganache: Organic Dark Chocolate [65% Cacao, Raw Organic Cane Sugar], Cream, Butter, Sea Salt.

Contains Egg and Dairy. Free from gluten, nuts, peanuts, soy, corn, potato starch and tapioca starch.
