When Gluten Free Isn't Enough

Suffering from Coeliac Disease or IBS is bad enough but then add in cross reactivity and finding premade foods that one can eat becomes next to impossible at todays supermarkets. But in our kitchen it does not mean you have to give up the comfort food that has the texture and flavours you enjoy. We have spent over a decade developing our special recipes and testing them on our family and friends, so we are confident that you will enjoy them as well. We have a dedicated gluten free kitchen. Everything we make is also free from corn, tapioca, potato, peanuts, and soy to address the most common cross reactions. Most products are free of xanthan and guar gums which you usually find in the majority of gluten free products baked elsewhere. We rely heavily on eggs, therefore most everything contains egg.
